Meet Your Coach, Michael Diiorio
Michael is a certified life & wellness coach and founder of Wellismo. After 13 years climbing the corporate ladder in leadership coaching, Michael transitioned to personal life coaching where he provides direct support via 1-on-1 private coaching, workshops, and men’s group coaching programs.
My Story
When I came out, I didn’t just feel uncertain… I felt unprepared.
There was no guide for navigating gay life with confidence, clarity, or self-trust. My path has included climbing the corporate ladder, devastating heartbreak, health challenges, and family reckoning. Each chapter shaped how I coach today.
I’m a certified life and wellness coach who helps gay, bi, and queer men (and allies) build confidence, connection, and a life that actually fits, using practical tools and steady guidance along the way.

Types of Coaching Workshops and Programs I Offer
The most intimate and personal way to work with me is with private coaching, where we tailor your coaching 100% to you.
On the other hand, there’s great power in community and connection which is why I also offer unique group coaching opportunities throughout the year.
Programs like Sexual Empowerment 101 and Foundations Men’s Groups run at least once annually. Additional pop-up workshops have included spotlight series with expert guests for special topics on untangling toxic masculinity, quit compare and despair, taming your inner critic, touch and vulnerability, and my popular self confidence blueprint series.
